Best Dim Sum in the SGV?

So we're going to get some dim sum, but we can only pick one place. If you've been to any of the above, what did you think? We have quite a few decent places locally, but thought on Mothers Day we would venture out a little and try some new places we've always heard about.

Thanks for the tip, we'll give it a try next time. We went to Top Island and it was good but I tend to agree with you that they are all pretty much very similar with some minor differences.

Great to see that SO CAL has plenty of selection ~ Portland does as well, and has something of a price war going on for the dim sum market --- dropping from nearly $2.00 each several year ago, to under $1.00 in some cases, (with the coupon from the Chinese language papers) ...
