Thomas Promise
I can remeber him as a game show host in the 50s. He was around for a very long time in on TV. Another Dick Clark at forever 30. RIP Mr Wallace.http://news.yahoo.com/mike-wallace-60-minutes-star-interviewer-dies-143725872.html Link to comment

NewDay2006
I didn't see the beginning of 60 minutes last night, but it seemed the whole show was about him. It was very interesting and a good tribute. Didn't he work until the end on the show? There was a time when there talked to him about retiring and reflecting and he said what was he going to reflect about. But I didn't hear if he retired or not. Link to comment

Kyle
I watched 60 minutes last night. It was a very fitting accolade. I have always enjoyed his candor and his ability to off-balance his interviewees. Thanks for the memories. Link to comment
knloregon
Admired on both sides of the aisle, WSJ's obit was nothing but praise for his well prepared research, and then, probing questions. Link to comment
