Green Card

My wife arrived and entered without any problems. Yeah!! She was told her green card would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Well tomorrow is the 4th week and nothing yet. Should we be concerned or is this normal? How long should I wait before calling them? Her SS card came the 2nd week but so far no green card.. Hope all is well in your world!! Jimu

I would give it one more week, then perhaps call USCIS, or schedule an infopass appointment.

 

USCIS should at least indicate card production order.

 

Note, the I-551 notation and entry stamp in passport will act as evidence of green-card, the passport will serve a green-card until card arrives.
