My Fiancee's daughter wants to travel at a different time. The visa officer said that was ok. However, when they sent the visa package, they put all of the information together in one package. Can her daughter still enter the U.S.? Does she have to have her own package? I do not know if this makes a difference, she is over eighteen. I copied the front of the package.

Yes, but you will need to go back to the consulate to have the package separated. Each visa holder must have their own file in their possession. DO NOT open the package yourself.
