is it stapled in her passport?

Yep, should be stapled in passport, this card should say departure record and show the 90 day time period.

Is that the I-94? I was looking for something like they give out on the airplane, or like theone I found in Wikipedia. And where the hell do I send the I-485 paperwork? Looking at the USCIS website is like wandering around in a mirror maze.

I figure instructions are there, but I sure as hell can't figure them out. But then I'm having trouble firguring out the instructions at Visajourney, too. Old age must have set in. :(

I-94 Card:

Mail location for I-485 is: http://www.uscis.gov...00045f3d6a1RCRD

It will be mailed to a PO Box in Chicago IL, use priority mail with delivery confirmation.

I-485 info here: http://www.uscis.gov...00045f3d6a1RCRD

Great directions that I used is here: http://www.visajourn...om&page=k1k3aos

One more thing, send only photo copies of things like I-94, Marriage cert, IRS returns etc, As for affidavit of support, if you are sponsoring just one immigrant, you can use I-864EZ, and attach IRS transcripts to it.

Thanks much for the help.

As I get older I get stupider, I think. Among other things the Visajourney instructions said to send copies of both sides of the I-94, and there isn't anything on the other side.

I'm easily confused, and often distracted by shiny objects.
