Dante3rd
I was double checking what my wife will need to turn in on the first day at the embassy along with the white books, and I-864 and my joint-sponsor's I-864, W2 (last three years), and tax returns (last three years). I also have my joint-sponsor's pay stubs last six months. Only thing I'm missing is my joint-sponsor's bank statements. If this a big no no? Should I be worried? Link to comment
dnoblett
They are not needed. Bank statements are only used to show a ballance on account if using savings as an asset. If income is sufficient then only need to show income evidence (returns, paystubs, employer letter.) Study I-864 directions. Link to comment

Kyle
If you have their tax returns, I'm not sure why you'd need them Link to comment
