First went to Chicago, then laguna Niguel, CA now HW, quite the tour..My wife is patiently waiting.. What should we expect next? Hope all is well.. Stay positive and focussed! Jim Link to comment

Sounds like you are on you way... Actually they will hold petition until Benificiary sends "Choice of agent" to NVC, and US citizen sends them fees, I-864, and required foreign documents. The Electronic process is detailed in this forum. In K-1 cases, NVC simply forwards cases without any interaction. Link to comment
