bulkfan
hello Everyone, I first want to thank you for all of the valuable information I have received. It has been a big help.My new question is, Since I am adding my daughterto the I129F form, do I need to fill out seperate documents for her? G-325a, DS_230, etc? Link to comment
david_dawei
YES, to both. I don't recall if DS-156 is still used; that used to require one for the child too. But it is the I-129F they use to depend on the correct address for both of them (for mailing the P3). Depending on her age, she may need the physical and police certificate as well. I think over 15 yrs. old. Everything you pay for is 'per visa/application'. So if you need translated documents, physical, visa, etc. Also consider that you'll need to get the child a passport, passport pictures, birth certificate translation, proof of FULL Custody. (edited to add: Need for GUZ, not USCIS initial filing). Edited October 25, 2010 by david_dawei (see edit history) Link to comment
dnoblett
As for initial paperwork "what's included with I-129F" only petitioner and fiancee need to supply G-325A child does not. You simply indicate child will acompany parent on the I-129F.No passport photo of accompanying child is needed either in the initial filing of I-129F either nor extra fees sent to USCIS the $455 covers included children. Later when Guangzhou gets the case it will be treated as two visas and will generate two P3 require two DS-156 DS-230 part 1 two visa fees etc... Link to comment

As far as you know, are passport pictures still needed for the child at the interview? Link to comment

Also I believe consulate sends 1 packet 3 to K-1 at point return a DS-230 for K-1 and another DS-230 for K-2 along with extra OF-169 for child, this should get extra P-4 for child. Link to comment
