Sammy
Hi everyone... Please help me... I am confused how I should have my wife sign our documents. Before I sent one copy signed ë´ººì and another copy signed Mao Chun Hong. Now I am wondering if I should have her sign them Chun Hong Mao since Mao is her surname. Thanks a lot everyone. I am sure I will have plenty more questions. Sam Link to comment

My wife signs her name in Chinese Family,Given and when signing things using married name in the USA she signs Given,Family (Married Name) Link to comment
Turbo SS1414
I had Jia Sign using English letters with her first name first and last name last. I figured the US government would want to see it that way. Hoever, I havent sent in any forms yet so I am not 100% sure they will like that. Link to comment

Again a signature is a person's mark, they should sign things the same way as they always do and which is comfortable to them. Link to comment

Zhou Zhou
My wife signs/writes in the US form...family name last. She did it all the way through the process. There was a form that wanted the characters so I did it...it's like drawing. Link to comment
