Job in waiting in the USA

Me again:

I have a position waiting for me when we get to the USA. Should I get a letter from my future employer stating such? What should the letter say?

 

I ask this because of the previous post explaining my problem with the Tax transcripts and the 1040 form reporting of my income for 2008 and 2009.

Any ideas will help.

Yes a letter from them would be helpful if US Domicile is questioned.

 

In your prior post you listed realestate as an asset which also helps with Domicile issue.
