Question on I-765

I am slowly getting forms completed. On the I-765 form do I put ©(9) for #16?

 

Do I need to fill the bottom part where it shows Signatue of Person Preparing Form, If Other Than Above:?

 

I did help my Qing fill the form out.

1. A Number (I assume its Alien Registration # but where do I find this?)

 

3. Class of admission (K1?)

 

Back to I-765.

 

#10 Can I just use I-94 #?

Yes (C )(9 ) Based on pending I-485

No, you do not sign it, that line is for a professional preparer like a Lawyer.

You should be able to find A# listed on I-129F Approval notice, above Beneficiary's name.

Also the A# will be listed on the G-325A, and On form I-485
