I think you need G-325a as opposed to the G325.

You need 6 passport photos if you are submitting I-765, I-131 and I-485 together.

You'll also need multiple copies of your passport and maybe other reqs too, like a birth certificate of your spouse for the I-485.

What about the evidence for your I-864?

Double check the evidence sections of all forms to make sure you have everything.
