clarejinjin
This is from the GUZ web site: Who is eligible to participate? The electronic processing option is available only for the U.S. Consulate Guangzhou, China and currently only available to immediate relatives of U.S. citizens over the age of 21 years (visa categories IR-1, IR-2, CR-1, CR-2, and IR-5). QUESTION:My wifes daughter is 10 years old. Above it states "over the age of 21" Does this mean that I can't file electronicly because her daughter is under 21?ThanksSteve Link to comment
dnoblett
This is the age of the PETITIONER (The person who files the I-130) not Beneficiary (The person getting visa) Similar post: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...st&p=547419 Edited April 2, 2010 by dnoblett (see edit history) Link to comment
