Got the NVC notice with the DS-3032 form

Ok guys!!

The NVC sent two envelopes (1 for the wife & 1 for her daughter) to my daughters home in California.

(I just happen to be in California this month, I live in Xiamen China perminitally)

We now have GUZxxxxxxxxxx numbers. In the packet they sent the request for the AOS fee of $70.00 . In my case I will pay $70.00 twice, one for the wife and one for the daughter. Doing this online is no problem.

QUESTION;

In the packet is a DS-3032 form. The instructions say that the APPLICANT must sign and return to the NVC. Also they ENCOURAGE applicants to seek an agent in the USA with a USA postal address.

SO!! I will send both packets to my wife in china, have her sign and have her daughter sign and then mail both DS-3032 forms to the NVC address in Portsmouth N.H.

On both DS-3032 forms I will appoint my USA daughter as the agent, giving her USA address etc.

QUESTION: Can I put my email address down so I get the information and not my USA daughter? Only asking this so I get the info ASAP and not have a delay getting info from my USA daughter. (just a time thing)

QUESTION;

After I pay the online fee's and I send the 2 DS-3032 forms to the wife, she and the daughter sign the forms and send back the NVC. What is next????

I just paid the $70.00 for the wife. Because the daughter in only 10 years old the $70.00 for the wife also covers the daughter

Ok, yes I do want to use the electronic processing process!!!!

Question:

I just paid the $70.00 fee online yesterday. Do I need to wait until the NVC changes the receipt from "processing" to "accepted" before I fill out the DS 3032 form? Do I need to print out a copy of the receipt?Also, it states that the applictate must sign the DS-3032 form. Now that I'm in the USA how does my wife sign the form? Also, does her 10 year old daughter need a DS-3032 form to sign?

BOTTOM LINE

After doing the $70.00 payment, what should I do next?
