Forgot to add. What is the DS-3032?

DS-3032 is Choice of Agent form it is filled out by benificiary and emailed to NVC to tell them that the petitioner in the USA is acting as agent and can handle sending documents to NVC, in your case you can specify someone in the USA to act as your agent and they can handle scanning and sending documents to NVC for you. One for each intending immigrant. Probably have your joint sponsor act as your agent.
