Terrible Drought in Southwest China

Since last August a horrible drought has gripped southwest China's Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. Over 3.56 million hectares of land are effected. That is about 1,440,683 acres of land. This appears to be a major disaster in the making.

 

Are any CFL families effected by this drought?

They got snow yesterday in Yunnan...but it's still awhile until the spring rains... B)
