qilinman
So if I choose to play it safe and have a co-sponsor, is it form 864 that the co-sponsor has to fill out? Or is it both a I-134 w/ 864?Thanks in advance Link to comment
dnoblett
I-134 is for K-Visas I-864 is for spousal CR-1 or IR-1 visas or Adjustment of status. Co sponsor for a K-Visa also provides an I-134 Note only need a co sponsor if your income falls below 125% povertyline. Link to comment

No earned income. At what point do you have to show 2009 tax info? Past April? It would be much easier to avoid 2009 all together. Link to comment
