You can adopt the child, and she gets citizenship through you, I believe before age 18, LeeFisher did this and knows more. http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...c=25649&hl= She can wait for mother to become citizen and acquire citizenship through mother, again before child reaches age 18.
