Father's name on DS-230.

I'm working on DS-230 for my son. Should I put my husband's information in box 19 through 22 or I must put my ex (son's biological father) there? My ex's address is unknown, which I'm afraid may cause delay to the processing.

This is under biographic data, Question 19 is asking for biological father's name and address.

 

Provide what you can, this can come up at interview, and these facts should have been researched well before this point.
