Jon & Cindy Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 We initially submitted the I485 in April '09 and they requested some additional info in September. I called them about a month ago and got the ole' "call us back in 45 days if we still aren't doing our job". Wonder if that would work on my boss? This took longer than getting the visa! But it's all good. I was nervous about it because I was laid off at the time. But now the card is coming and we both got jobs. Things are looking up! Jon & Cindy Link to comment
