Ok proof of Income question.

Ok Now I have the transcripts for the last 3 years.

 

2 of the transcripts show married fileing jointly and one is me only.

My question is the 2 that are married filing jointly do not break down who made what amount.

 

Will the VO ask about this? Or will they just look at the total income and go from that?

I had the same issue.

 

They go by the most current return and I134 as far as I know.

 

If they get into the details they might ask for W2's to figure out who made what.

 

I did have all the W2's attahced to the returns.

Correct, attach any W2's and 1099's that are in your name showing your income.

Im hoping I have a VO that will just look at the Income totals...

 

I will however have Hui give the VO both my I-134 and my Father's, who has aggreed to sponser us.
