Strapped states hike taxes and fees by $24 billion for fiscal 2010. Residents pay more for speeding, entering horses in races and digital downloads.

I mean we can retire after 30 years service and have full benefits. We want to keep our employess working. We have 4 doing the same job as one.

Look at what happened to the automotive industry with parenting its employees. The Muni's are the next victim.
