nandj
I see a lot of references to A# and Alien Registration number on the AOS forms. Should a K3/K4 visa have this number yet, and if so, where is it? Link to comment
dnoblett
I see a lot of references to A# and Alien Registration number on the AOS forms. Should a K3/K4 visa have this number yet, and if so, where is it?K-3 may have on on I-129F Approval notice, the number should be noted above beneficiary's name. http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/albums/Immigration/I-129F-NOAs/NOA2.jpg K-4 being a derivative visa wont have a number until getting a green-card, on the K-4 child's paperwork, simply state "NONE" Note: If you did not file an I-130 for the K-4 child, you WILL need to attach an I-130 to the child's I-485 AOS paperwork, and pay the additional $355 fee. nandj
Thank you for the information. Yes I filed I-130 for both, so I am assuming I do not need to do that again. I can use the $710 for something crazy, like food... Ning and Jim... Link to comment

Ning and Jim...The other option you could have done to save $$$ was to keep the I-130's moving through NVC for CR-1/CR-2 avoiding AOS all together, more than likely the CR-1/CR-2 case would have reached GUZ just before K-3/4 interviews getting interview switched to CR-1/CR-2 interview. CR-1/CR-2 get Green-card upon entry to the USA. Water under the bridge... Link to comment
