Speedy AOS

After only a little over 2 months since sending in the AOS paperwork, I just received notice from USCIS that my wife's application has been approved and the production of her green card has been ordered. This was much faster than I had anticipated - I guess that occasionally USCIS does get things right

One of the Pluses of K-1 is many cases where AOS is approved without an interview. I have yet to see a K-3 get approved without interview.

 

Congrats on the speedy approval, can relax and build up evidence for removal of conditions to be filed in 21 months or so.
