Has anyone been having trouble calling China?

My SO and I are having problems calling each other since Saturday on the phone. When I call there is no ringing on her end. When she calls me all I get is a sharp beeping tone. Anyone experiencing this?

We have not had any problems recently.

A few months ago I had some problems reaching her cell phone and she went to China Mobile and its been ok ever since.

 

I have no idea what they did.
