BAD NEWS!!!

I emailed Guz yesterday asking if I could file the I-301 and G-325A forms in Guz. They said No because I don't have a Perminate Residency card. I explained to them in my email that I'm retired and do not work in china and I'm not a student so I can not get the Perminate Res. card. their reply was to tell me I had to apply to the USA.

Question:

I know many of my fellow CFL friends have filed in the USA so PLEASE give me the method on how to do this.

What papers need to be sent with the forms? Do I need to send the original books such as the marrage books with the translations and noterization, Passports, Police report for my wife etc--- or copies.

Any help is needed so I can get this ball rolling!!!!!!
