I-864 and I-864EZ

when I initially filed, i sent in I-864. but for the interview, can I bring in I-864 EZ?

 

also on question 21: Sponsor's household size i put the following:

A: 1

B:1

C: i am kinda confused, it says "if you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse. do i put one or zero?

The previous version of this form was less ambiguous at this section...

 

but the short answer is:

A. 1

B. 1

C. 0

 

You fill the form out top to bottom and since it says not to count anyone twice, you need to leave C. as 0.

realize the form is for more than just spousal situations... so it possible in some cases that C. = 1...
