It said that we have to pay $131 before the interview, do we have to pay $262 because her boy will be coming with her? Does her boy have to go to the interview?

You are talking about K-Visas? If so yes $131 is paid for each visa, the fee is paid at a CTIC bank, the nearest CTIC bank to the consulate is locate in the CTIC building, a couple of blocks from the consulate.

 

I believe the child needs to be present at the interview.
