Stomp

Yanzi POE is JFK. I cannot pass up the chance to spend a weekend in our greatest city. I am thinking of taking in a show, but yanzi english skills are not developed enough to understand a speaker, yards away, so I was thinking of a show a non-english speaker may enjoy. So far, I have two: Stomp and the Blue Man group. I have seen the blue man show. Anyone seen Stomp? Is it good? will a non englsh speaker enjoy the show? Any other suggestions?

I saw a Chinese group similar to Stomp in Shenzhen. Seemed to be a big hit so I am sure she'd enjoy it.

I've seen both Stomp and several variations of "Blue Man Group". Both got my feet tapping, both had superb music, and both (I think) would be easily understandable to someone who doesn't speak the language.

 

For me it would boil down to this:

 

If she is a musician or dancer in any way, shape, or form (or has a secret desire in her heart to be so) Stomp is the way to go.

 

But I think either one would work just fine.
