dcwfn
Mei and I are taking the trek to Washington this month to renew her Chinese passport on the 21st. What items, funds, etc.....do we need to take with us and what can we expect once we arrive at that office? I know it's a Chinese embassy but does everyone there speak Chinese or, am I just screwed on that one?...lol We're taking Trailways for the trip because it's so cheap and the time difference isn't that great between what it would be if we drove -vs- the bus. Plus I can take a nap en-route... As recently as a year ago I would've driven since it's so close. Since the surgery I had in March I don't think that'd be a good idea for me...lol BTW..........Speaking of that operation.....PRE-OP I was close to 260lbs. Now, it's a mere 204. Now, if only I could find some energy and/or stamina... p.s.: Please for give me if I posted this im the wrong forum. Old age has it's advantages unless there's a hard decision involved!
