Eric Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 I just received an email from USCIS indicating that my wife's I-485 has been transferred to CSC. I was not expecting anything like that to happen so fast because her biometrics appointment isn't until this Friday. Hopefully this is a sign that our case is on the fast track and will be approved without an no interview! Link to comment
dnoblett Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Yep typically a K-1 AOS transferred to CSC tends to be approved without an interview. Though sometimes the adjudicator at CSC decides an interview is needed. Link to comment
