steveandrong Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 (edited) On the G-28, I-485, I-765 & I-131.....where the applicant is to sign, do I have the mother sign the papers in her name or do I have her sign her minor son's name (age 11) and then sign her name also...ie:Yong Sun by Xue Ling, mother....or do I just have the Mother sign her name?...or do I just have the boys mother sign her son's name and leave it at that?....how do we do this? The signature must be an original signature. Parents and legal guardians may sign for children under age 14. Link to comment
