Minor's signature on AOS forms

On the G-28, I-485, I-765 & I-131.....where the applicant is to sign, do I have the mother sign the papers in her name or do I have her sign her minor son's name (age 11) and then sign her name also...ie:Yong Sun by Xue Ling, mother....or do I just have the Mother sign her name?...or do I just have the boys mother sign her son's name and leave it at that?....how do we do this?
