3timescharm
Does anyone know how to get thru the maze of BS in the options when you call USCIS Customer service to actually speak to a person? Robert Link to comment
dnoblett
The USCIS line is not called the Mis-information line for nothing. They will simply quote what you can find out using the online status system. Your timeline says approved, USCIS won't have anything, they pack and send the case on to NVC. You may want to call NVC @ 603-334-0700 or email NVCINQUIRY@state.gov for status. Note it can take 2 to 4 weeks for USCIS to send and for NVC to receive the petition. Link to comment

whome?
The USCIS line is not called the Mis-information line for nothing. The NOA-2 notice says allow up to 90 days and even if you get to talk to someone at USCIS or NVC they will tell you it usually takes 2-4 weeks but that nothing can be done until 90 days have passed. Good luck. Hope you are more successful than me. Link to comment
