The USCIS line is not called the Mis-information line for nothing. They will simply quote what you can find out using the online status system.

 

Your timeline says approved, USCIS won't have anything, they pack and send the case on to NVC.

 

You may want to call NVC @ 603-334-0700 or email NVCINQUIRY@state.gov for status.

 

Note it can take 2 to 4 weeks for USCIS to send and for NVC to receive the petition.

The NOA-2 notice says allow up to 90 days and even if you get to talk to someone at USCIS or NVC they will tell you it usually takes 2-4 weeks but that nothing can be done until 90 days have passed.
