Chinese name and telegraphic code

P4's letter_to_K1_or_K2_Applicant-May_09.pdf says:

Two copies of the DS-156 form in English and Chinese with original signatures(with Chinese name and telegraphic code) .

 

I only see telegraphic code on the Chinese version.

 

Is there anything special in terms of the signature? In the English form and Chinese form?

 

Do we have to put in the telegraphic code anywhere in the English form?
