dnoblett Posted August 21, 2009 Report Share Posted August 21, 2009 In the case of petitions filed to USCIS in the USA, the A# is issued bu USCIS when they are processing the I-130 or I-129F. In your case since you did visa DCF the A# will be issued when the green-card is issued after entry to the USA. Link to comment
