What should the Visa look like?

Is there a link to a picture of what the visa should look like?

 

My wife is wondering because she just picked up her visa and she was wondering about two things:

 

1) The visa itself has her passport number correct but at the bottom of the visa amongst all of the digits, its missing two of her passport digits.

 

2)Her case number now has 2 additional digits.
