help with a form

Hello brothers I was hoping someone can remember what form I use when filing her 485 and the add on form will allow her to travel back to China in a emergency ( sick parent or death in Family )

 

please help me with the form name or # thanks

You need to file an I-131. Here is a link to the form and instructions.

You will need to provide a reason for wanting this. You could say something like, mother or father's health not good and she may need to travel home for an emergency.

I-131 is used for an AP document, note this is an interim benifit for AOS, so not much of an explanation why you are applying for it is needed.

 

Note: The intending immigrant is applying for these things.
