katnreno
My wife already has most of the paperwork and she's had everything notarized, stamped with govenment seals and apostles. I'm putting together the package I need to overnight to her and it will consist of the following: 1) IRS tax transcripts for 2006 & 20072) 2008 tax returns (with form 2555 Foreign Earned Income / no W2)3) Letter from my employer stating my hire date, position, that I'm full time and my salary on company letter head.4) EOR letter (typed, not handwritten)5) letter from me describing how secure my employment is.6) Certified copy of my birth certificate7) I-864 AOS completed and signed8) 2 blank I-864's signed (for just in case)9) 2 blank sheets of paper with my original signature on the bottom (just in case)10) Pay check stub (original) Does any of this needs to be notarized? Thanks everyone in advance. Edited July 26, 2009 by katnreno (see edit history) Link to comment
dnoblett
When it comes to Affidavit of support, when you sign the I-864 or I-134 you are searing under penalty of perjury that all attached financial evidence is true and correct. Nothing needs to be notarized. Link to comment
