katnreno
Just incase the P4 packet doesn't make it to us, doest it matter? Is there anything in the P4 packet that we can't print ourselves? Link to comment
Guest Wuhan4me
The P4 contains the 'interview letter', which you need to show to get INTO the building. IIRC, this is one of those 'non-reproducible' things. Link to comment
dnoblett
Yes you can, most are fillable forms if not then you can get fillable ones here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.htmlhttp://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD NOTE: One thing in P4 is not available for download, the interview invitation letter, one can be aquired by US citizen at ACH, if P4 is not received. In our case my Wife made a few mistakes on the forms, and I was able to get a complete P4 at ACH including extra invitation letter. Link to comment

Most likely the letter should arive no problem, I just want to be ready with a 'plan B'. Link to comment
tsap seui
ACH is "American Citizen Hour". It's in Guangzhou so you can meet a visa officer and ask questions. It's held on Mondays. There is an ACS...American Cirizen Services at the consulate in Beijing but the real deal is ACH in Guangzhou. They have ACS also, for notorizations and what not. Good luck, tsap seui Link to comment

potato
I think there's something about the medical forms that requires you to have the originals at the health check. Maybe some kind of bar code? I took printed copies to the medical check and they didn't accept them. Luckily I still had the originals with me so we got out ok. If we hadn't had the originals, we might have been screwed since the interview was the next day! Link to comment

I have seen others go to the medical and when they are given the attitude, they simply insist the medical person use what they were given. The whole reason GUZ has the forms on their website for download is just in case something gets lost or left out of the packet. I asked about this at ACH and the first sugestion the VO made to me was to download and print out the forms. http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...c=21873&hl= http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...c=20926&hl= Link to comment
