Otherwise, probably move to China or find a private social club. In LA that's how smokers and party people get around the law. There are private clubs and after-hours clubs where you pay an entry fee and sign a membership. Anti-smoking groups still target clubs for smoking bans. Law enforcement have a difficult time dealing with private 'clubs'. I'd guess that artsy New Mexico communities are pretty intolerant of smokers. Link to comment
