NUWORLD
OK folks i hate to do this to ya. But this is mostly to Dan/Randy only for the reason that they have helpedme with some good info. Well today i get home and check the mail box like always and still nothing! I then get online and check our bank account and noticed that USCIS has indeed cashed our check for 545.00$$$$$ (I-751) Now don't get me wrong i feel this is great news, Maybe???? I have noticed that most members get there NOA's first then there check is cashed the next day or two. Is this out of the norm? or am i just being paranoid?I feel a RFE! Dan/Randy ???? dnoblett
$545.00 wow the goverment just hit the jack pot again Yep, I am glad we got our AOS in before the rate hike 2 years ago. But yes, relax, at least they cashed the check, the NOA should follow soon. If it fails to show up in a month or so, I would then schedule an info pass with evidence you sent the package, along with copy of the canceled check, and see if they will at least give you an I-551 stamp in passport, if for some reason the extension letter is lost in the mail. I did send separate checks so I could insure they knew they were processing TWO applicants. -James Link to comment
