Zhou Zhou
My wife spent 11 years in the Air Force. I read in the "VJ Short Cuts" that she will need a certificate to prove her service at the interview. She has not ever heard of a certificate like this and doesn't know where to find one. Has anyone had any experience with this?Xie xie, ZZ Link to comment
dnoblett
Not a problem, military certs are unavailable in China, the consulate knows this and does not require them. Military Records Generally not available. http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/reciproc...ocity_3537.html My wife did time in the Chinese Army, we noted this on the DS-230. Thank you very much for the information and the link. My wife was very upset because she didn't know how to find it....she was calling and asking everyone she knew that might know the answer. Thanx again...ZZ Link to comment
