One other question Part D:question 2, Have you ever filed a petition and the results how do you answer this if approved by USCIS then denied at GUZ? Keep in mind I-130 is used for other immigrant visa types like children, siblings, and parents, so this question may be NO if the prospective immigrant is NOT married. Part D (2) If you filed an I-129F or I-130 before you indicate YES, and if GUZ denied it you indicate this, this IS the ultimate result of prior petition. Link to comment
