Requirements for the Husbaand

Are there any requirements for the Husband to be that must be met:
I will give two that apply to me.

1)I live on a disability check. Are there Minimum Income requirements that must be met?
2) In my younger years, my drinking resulted in 3 DWI's. That made me a Felon. Does a Felon status kill the chance of a K1 Visa approval?

Thanx to anyone who can help, so far I can't find an answer.

Yes - your income must be at least 125% of the poverty line.

No - your fiance must be aware, and agree to accept you as is.

If a USC has any felonies on record, it will greatly increase the amount of time needed to get an approval. There have been a few times where a case was simply held in abeyance, without any kind of up or down judgment on cases where the USC has a bad history in the criminal justice system.
