Are there Minimum Income requirements that must be met?2) In my younger years, my drinking resulted in 3 DWI's. That made me a Felon. Does a Felon status kill the chance of a K1 Visa approval?Thanx to anyone who can help, so far I can't find an answer.Kevin Link to comment

Kevin If a USC has any felonies on record, it will greatly increase the amount of time needed to get an approval. There have been a few times where a case was simply held in abeyance, without any kind of up or down judgment on cases where the USC has a bad history in the criminal justice system.
