$210-500 per person depends when they will go back, diffrent season and diffrent days in a week.

what about oct 1st through oct 6th? surely that is not high season at all. you can pick a day where it is cheaper.

 

if you explain to an airline clerk about the us immigration issue for the one day difference, you might get a reduced 'change ' rate.

 

ask again, make this an issue with them..

You are correct sir and like a cop who wakes up in the morning after kissing his wife goodbye and deciding NOT to write you a ticket for speeding, the interviewing VO may have had a good start to his/her day and let it pass...this time.

 

as a side note: she over stayed by a month... not a few days.

 

 

You are right - it is always good to wake up on the right side of dirt, as Mr. Presently Sleepful in Houston Only likes to put it.

My mother-in-law over-stayed her visa once. (She¡¯s been here a total of 4 times)

 

When she applied for another visa after her over-stay the VO brought it to her attention. She/he told her that if she over stayed again she would not be allowed to ever come here again.

 

So all they did was slap her hand and told her not to do it again.

This is really a good news.

Maybe I will just let it be.

 

Save the tickets, so that you can show the it was a single day over stay. Good luck!

Papa bear called USCIS today, the guy said the first trip you 'd better make sure follow all the rules, maybe in the future you can delay sevearl days.So we will check out about the ticket change and canada visa in the future 5 months.
