rfsun
Is the I-693 for additional vaccines since the medical exam or as an update to her medical history. What if she does not know her medical history? Do we still file the I-693 with no update on it? Are we supposed to go to a doctor here in the US? I need to know real soon. Link to comment
manhattanmoon
Just a single page of supplemental form to I693 doctors in the US can provide and the only thing you need is a record of vaccination from China. The doctors here will determine what additional vaccines needed to complete the form for BCIS. See details on other threads relating this topic in Immigration Challenges. Link to comment
rfsun
And if she did not bring any medical records with her? Is it needed before the AOS can be filed, required or optional? Link to comment
rfsun
And, who is the applicant on the G-325? Her, or me the petitioner? Link to comment
manhattanmoon
1. she NEEDS to bring certain written document with her vaccination records and the supplemental form which is sealed by a civil surgeon will be one of the required for AOS. 2. She be the petitioner and her on G-325. Link to comment
