Travel after getting visa

Does anybody know if its ok to travel outside China (not including entry into the US) after my fiancee recieves her K1 visa?

 

I have plans on possibly doing some traveling with my fiancee after she picks up her visa. Just thought it would be a good chance to travel around Asia while over there before bringing her over, say like Japan, Korea, etc.

 

Does anyone have experience with this? or know anything about this?
