My wife and I have no kids together and my step-daughter lives with us. In part 5 it says to list ALL of YOUR children. Since the petition is for my wife (and daughter) she says that means we ONLY list her daughter (my step daughter) and do NOT list my kids. Comments and experiences please! -James Link to comment
dnoblett Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Your spouse is correct, only need to list her child on the form as well as any children that you had with her, not your children from prior marriage. The form is specifically about the person who is removing conditions and part 5 states "Part 5. Information About Your Children-List all your children" YOUR as in the CR-Green-card holder.
