Getting ready for the AOS interview-couple of questions

Hi guys,

so we have our AOS interview appointment in May. I have a question about state ID. I have a Washington State ID but I live and go to school out of state. My husband got his State ID here where we live, not Washington. Will is look suspicious that his ID and my ID are not from the same state? Our names are on the lease for our apartment and bank accounts with the address here. Plus I have proof of being a student here.

Also, I chose not to change my last name. Is that going to be a problem?

Name change is NOT required.

 

They will not be concerned with US citizen's domicile address (State ID), you and your husband are residing out of your home state while you are in school.
